Layer 1: Precision Hardware
The physical foundation. A ±2% accuracy Power Sensor, a 500W peak hub actuator, and an analog-tactile HMI. Engineered to drop perfectly into standard 68–120mm bottom brackets with zero frame modifications. -

Layer 2: Deterministic Firmware
The brain of the system. Our proprietary Field-Oriented Control (FOC) executes a flawless 30ms closed-loop response, completely eliminating the phase lag found in generic controllers. -

Layer 3: Diagnostic Software
The export multiplier. Continuous phase-level monitoring broadcasts real-time fault codes to the OEM telemetry cloud. Built from the ground up to guarantee Export compliance for seamless global scaling.

Configure the App

Production Supply
Volume units ship pre-calibrated. Firmware OTA, diagnostics infrastructure, and service tooling are maintained throughout the supply relationship.

Standard hub-drive platforms often force OEMs to mix and match parts, leading to integration issues. PowerPedal is built as a unified, pre-calibrated ecosystem. It drops directly into your existing assembly line with zero frame modifications.
Direct Power Measurement.
Measures actual rider pedal force with ±2% accuracy and a sub-10ms response time. Crucially for OEMs, it fits any standard 68–120mm bottom bracket. You can offer premium mid-drive performance without redesigning your existing frames.

Intelligent Power Delivery.
Powered by our advanced, proprietary Field-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm. It provides smooth, dynamic pedal-assist up to 300%. By delivering power more intelligently, it doubles the effective range compared to generic cadence systems using the exact same battery capacity.

We removed unnecessary clutter and reduce OEM warranty claims. The interface features a robust rotary dial for continuous 0–100% assist adjustment with zero latency and a high-contrast LED battery indicator

Methodology: Both systems ridden on identical ~10km urban route in real-world traffic. Energy draw logged via inline telemetry. Range extrapolated from 275.4Wh battery.
